1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ph365com ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the ph365com website located at https://ph365com.club and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered therein.

By creating an account, accessing the ph365com platform, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ph365com platform.

ph365com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of ph365com following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account with ph365com, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ph365com strictly enforces the minimum age requirement in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. Providing false information about your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of accessing the platform, unless otherwise permitted under applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of ph365com or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by ph365com or by PAGCOR or any other regulatory authority.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not have had a previous ph365com account that was suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on ph365com. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and the permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. ph365com may require identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph365com login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs (OTPs) associated with your account. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and update it regularly.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including individuals claiming to represent ph365com customer support. ph365com will never ask for your password.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify ph365com support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

ph365com shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. Any activity conducted through your account prior to notification of unauthorised access shall be deemed to have been authorised by you.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

ph365com supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph365com does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

Deposits are credited to your ph365com account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day depending on the sending institution.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. ph365com reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the ph365com account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

ph365com reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits, which may vary by payment method and account verification status. Current limits are displayed within your account dashboard.

Any funds deposited into your ph365com account that are suspected to be proceeds of illegal activity, money laundering, or fraud will be frozen pending investigation and may be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing rules.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ph365com offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the specific promotion terms and may be subject to a minimum deposit requirement.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where explicitly stated.
• ph365com reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honoured.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on ph365com — including slots, bingo, live casino table games, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

ph365com uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by trained dealers in real time via HD video stream.

ph365com reserves the right to void any bet or game result where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, the affected stake will be returned to the player's account balance. ph365com's decision in such matters is final.

Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated betting software (bots), engage in collusion, or otherwise cheat constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

7. Responsible Gaming

ph365com is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We provide the following responsible gaming tools within every player account:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the ph365com platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ph365com platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of ph365com or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the ph365com platform without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph365com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

ph365com's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph365com account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph365com does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue any part of the platform at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact ph365com customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. ph365com will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

ph365com operates under PAGCOR's regulatory framework. Players who are unsatisfied with ph365com's resolution of a complaint may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official channels.

11. Termination

ph365com reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

You may close your ph365com account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the date of closure.
